If you chill with a hit or create chilled ground with a linked skill, the enemy takes increased damage from all cold skills: 1-30% increased cold damage taken based on how much you chill them for. For example, if you hit an enemy with something with Bonechill Support and would chill them by 10% due to being an Elementalist, and also have 77% increased chill effect, it would actually chill them by 17% and thus they would take 17% increased cold damage from that Bonechill. Enemies in Chilling Areas from Supported Skills increase Cold Damage taken by Chill Effect. (10-20)% increased maximum Life.
